Oak slab dovetail bench
Our dovetail benches are made from a single slab of solid oak. Each slab is cut to length then the legs are then cut off either end, this way you get the continuous grain that runs all the way around the bench. This beautiful and simplistic looking bench is designed to highlight the natural beauty of the wood and the age old dovetail joinery that is used to make it. These benches are made from green oak so as the the oak slowly dries over time the joints will tighten around each other giving a bench that will last a lifetime. As standard our dovetail benches are made 32cm deep by 42cm tall but as with all our items if you would like the same design but to your own measurements just get in contact for a quote.
