Glass top desk with bespoke shelving unit for home office

This home office fit out was part of a major renovation done with GSC builders of sussex. Whilst they got on with the building work we fitted the house out with furniture and completed a lot of the bespoke woodwork.
The desk was kept simple with just a lockable filing cabinet on the right and ring binder storage on the left with a slide out stationary tray above.
The only spec for the bookcase was that it should have a space for a vase. Once we had decided on a shape and size of the vase space the rest of the design seemed to almost fall into place.
